Sales
- Packs in New sale (Oct 1). The sale on a saved card, from the customer's page, gets the Pack field when the offer has packs: the price and the installments follow the pack's, worked out as in the checkout, and the order comes out with the right quantity. See New sale on the saved card.
- Cancellations ended by the provider (Oct 1). Subscriptions that end outside the portal and the dashboard, such as after the payment retries run out, now show in the Cancellations report with the source Provider and, when a failed charge caused the end, with the reason Payment failed. Reactivating a subscription clears the reason of the undone cancellation. See Understand the reports.
- Full document on the order (Oct 1). The customer card on the order shows the document type and number, not just the type. See Order detail.
- KPI cards (Oct 1). Every card on the dashboard and in the reports has the same size, and long amounts no longer cut off the cents.
Checkout and offers
- Studio: fine theme settings, customizable upsell and finishing touches (Oct 3). The theme gets optional settings that change nothing until you touch them: heading and text colours, a second gradient colour and a background image, card border and shadow, field style, height and colours (they apply even inside the card's secure area), pay button colour and size, a heading font and separate corners, plus the Light, Dark, Vibrant and Minimal presets. The upsell pages join the Studio, with three models (Direct offer, Sales page and Choice), blocks, the step's video or a YouTube/Vimeo one, texts per language and an always-visible decline, per funnel or per step. And, as finishing touches: a settings search in the panel, ⌘S/Ctrl+S to save and Duplicate funnel. See Checkout appearance, Upsell appearance and The Studio.
- New checkout models: Steps, Store and Clean (Oct 3). The models are now three different page structures. Steps is the usual checkout, in two columns and with the summary and steps adjustments; Store, in the style of online stores, is a single page with the sections in sequence, the payment methods in an accordion and the summary in its own column; Clean, in the Hubla/Kiwify style, is a single card in the middle of the page, with the methods as tabs. The old Clean and Showcase were arrangements of Steps: whoever used them keeps the same look. See Model.
- Studio (Oct 3). The checkout appearance, the themes and the thank-you page got a full-screen editor, the Studio: click the checkout or the thank-you page on the buyer's path and the real page appears in the centre, changing at once as you work through the panel's categories (model, theme and colors, typography, header, fields, payment, blocks, images and texts). Preview on desktop or mobile and in each language; Save applies right away to whoever opens the link. Editing a theme from the Themes tab opens the same Studio, and a shared theme can be duplicated just for the funnel. See The Studio.
- Sales funnels (Oct 3). Order bumps and post-purchase offers leave each offer's page and now live in a funnel, under Catalog → Funnels. You say which funnel each offer, pack or quick link uses, and one funnel can serve the whole store. The list shows the last 30 days' numbers and the funnel page draws the buyer's path, from the checkout to the thank-you page. Payment links do not change. See Sales funnels.
- Display rules (Oct 3). Bumps and steps get "Show only when…": payment method, order total, coupon, first purchase, product already bought, device, campaign source, day and time. What does not hold for that buyer simply does not show. See Display rules.
- Paths after the purchase (Oct 3). Each step says where the buyer goes on accept and on decline, forming upsells and downsells in a tree, with a real time to decide (5 to 30 minutes), the option to let the buyer pick the pack and to skip what they already own. See One-click upsell and downsell.
- Smarter order bumps (Oct 3). Up to 5 per funnel, with a "swap for the pack" mode, a position on the checkout, three box styles, an image of its own, a badge and social proof. See Order bump.
- Checkout models, themes and blocks (Oct 3). Three checkout models (Steps, Store and Clean), themes with colours, font, corners and button style, switchable blocks (badges, guarantee, testimonials, footer), images per slot, texts per language, a free-text field and allowed methods. The Branding colours became the store's default theme, with nothing changing on the checkout. See Checkout appearance and Themes.
- Coupon countdown (Oct 3). A discount countdown bound to a real coupon: the coupon's expiry or a window per visit. When the time is up, so is the discount. See Coupon countdown.
- Thank-you page with variants (Oct 3). Up to 5 versions of the thank-you page per funnel, each with conditions, a title, a message, next steps, a redirect and the sections it shows. See Thank-you page.
- A/B tests (Oct 3). Compare up to 4 versions of a funnel (theme, appearance, hidden bumps and steps) with weights, follow conversion, revenue per visit and each version's chance of beating the original, and declare the winner with one click. See A/B tests.
- A step with up to three options (Oct 3). A post-purchase step can show up to two alternatives next to the main offer, each with its own price, like a "pick your plan". The charge follows the choice, on the same saved card. See A step with more than one option.
- Final offer on the thank-you page (Oct 3). A last invitation at the end of the thank-you page, with a headline, a text and a button that opens a new checkout of another offer, with pack and coupon already applied. See Final offer.
- Dark theme (Oct 3). The theme gets a Light, Dark or Automatic colour scheme, the last one following the buyer's device. See Dark theme.
- Checkout footer (Oct 3). The "Vipter" link in the footer of the public pages now carries your store's name, on every plan.
- Active or inactive step (Oct 1). On the post-purchase step, the "Show after the purchase" switch becomes Active/Inactive, with a line about the effect, and the list of steps says "Inactive" instead of "Paused". See One-click upsell and downsell.
Integrations
- Carrier shipping: Melhor Envio, SuperFrete and Frenet (Oct 4). A new method in the shipping zones, Carrier, quotes shipping live for the buyer's CEP: each service becomes an option at checkout, with its price and delivery time, your markups and handling days, free shipping above an amount and a reserve value for when the carrier does not answer. The package is built from the products' weight and measures. See Carrier shipping and Connect Melhor Envio, SuperFrete or Frenet.
- Labels and tracking (Oct 4). On orders quoted with Melhor Envio or SuperFrete, the order page gets the Shipping label card: the team buys the label with the carrier wallet balance, with a content declaration or the NF-e key, prints it and cancels it before posting. Tracking marks the order as shipped, with the buyer's e-mail, and as delivered, without anyone clicking. See Labels and tracking.
- ERP: Bling and ERP Olist (Oct 4). A new section on the Integrations page sends each paid order to your ERP as a sales order, with the customer, the items at list price, the discount, the interest, the shipping and the installments. By default, orders that ship go, including physical subscription renewals. The ERP can generate and transmit the NF-e and take the goods out of stock, a refund cancels the sales order, and the invoice and the tracking come back to Vipter, which marks the order as shipped and notifies the buyer. The order page gets the ERP card, with Refresh, Resend and manual sending. See How the ERP integration works, Connect Bling and ERP Olist.
- Paid communities on Telegram and Discord (Oct 4). A new section on the Integrations page sells access to a private Telegram group or channel or to a Discord role. The buyer gets a personal link on the thank-you page, by e-mail and in the portal, joins with their own account and is removed automatically on refund, chargeback or the end of the subscription. See How paid communities work, Connect Telegram and Discord.
- Automations: BotConversa, ManyChat, SellFlux, Reportana and Google Sheets (Oct 4). Five new platforms in the Automations section. BotConversa and SellFlux receive each event in a webhook, with every field of the sale to map; ManyChat finds or creates the contact, fills custom fields, applies tags and fires flows per event or per offer; Reportana receives orders and abandoned carts to recover PIX, declined cards and carts; and Google Sheets writes a row per event in your own spreadsheet, with an Apps Script you publish in your account. See Connect BotConversa, ManyChat, SellFlux, Reportana and Google Sheets.
- CRM and e-mail marketing (Oct 4). A new section on the Integrations page, with ActiveCampaign, RD Station Marketing, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo and Leadlovers. Each sale event creates or updates the contact by e-mail and applies the tags, lists, conversion or funnel you pick per event, with offer rules for buyers. In HubSpot, each paid order becomes a deal. See Connect ActiveCampaign, RD Station Marketing, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo and Leadlovers.
- Member areas: Curseduca, The Members and Circle (Oct 4). An approved sale puts the buyer in Curseduca's access groups, The Members' products or the access groups of your Circle community, and a refund or cancellation removes that access without deleting the student. See Connect Curseduca, The Members and Circle.
- Retries, Resend and Test connection (Oct 4). An automation or member-area send that fails for a temporary reason is tried again on its own after 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours; permanent errors, such as a wrong token, are not repeated. Each send gets the Resend button, and the new platforms have Test connection. Automations get the Order shipped and Order delivered events, with the carrier and the tracking code, and the platforms with tags, lists or flows get a value per event, a default value and offer rules. See How automations work and How member areas work.
- LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat and Kwai in conversion tracking (Oct 4). Four new platforms in Conversions. LinkedIn Ads uses the Insight Tag and the Conversions API, with a pair of conversions per event so LinkedIn counts each sale once. Reddit Ads and Snapchat Ads send through the pixel and the Conversions API, including a PIX paid after the page was closed. Kwai Ads sends through the pixel and, with the Event API token, the sales of buyers who arrived from the ad with its
click_id. The UTM script carries the new click identifiers to the checkout, and the Sales sources report gets the four channels. See Connect LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads and Kwai Ads. - Notazz: scheduled draft, order address and carrier (Oct 3). The integration can create the invoice as a draft that Notazz only transmits on the scheduled date (1 to 90 days, 30 by default), with the Recreate note button to replace the pending invoice. The NF-e uses the order's delivery address, which you can now fix on the order itself; the amount is what the buyer paid, with no separate discount; and there are new fields for the freight mode, the origin state, the interstate CFOP, the carrier and a logistics field. Orders outside Brazil fail, because Vipter does not issue export invoices. See Connect Notazz and Invoices: how they work.
Developers
- Shipping and delivery webhooks (Oct 4). The
order.shippedandorder.deliveredevents go out when an order with delivery is marked as shipped or delivered, in both catalogs (2026-09-01and2026-11-01), with the carrier, the tracking code and the tracking link. See the event catalog and Receive events in your system. - AI agents and Stripe migration (Oct 3). The
vipter-apiskill,llms.txtand the docs in Markdown let an AI agent integrate the API on its own, and a guide maps what corresponds to what for those leaving Stripe, with the cut-over plan. See Integrating with AI agents and Migrating from Stripe to Vipter. - Public API (Oct 2). Vipter's REST API, in the Stripe style, is open to stores: checkout sessions, customers, subscriptions and their actions, charges on the saved card, orders, offers, products, events and webhook endpoints. The keys and the request log live in Settings → Developers. See Developer overview, API reference and Developers: keys and logs.
- Metered usage and a SaaS walkthrough (Oct 2). Meters in the format of Stripe's Billing Meters, so Vipter adds up the usage and charges at the end of the cycle, and a walkthrough with code from sign-up to a SaaS dashboard. See Metered usage and SaaS: from sign-up to dashboard.
