Contact the seller
For people who bought from a store that uses Vipter. Where to find the store's contact and why questions about the product, delivery and refunds go to the store.
The store you bought from uses Vipter to take payments. The store is the one that sells, delivers and supports the product. Vipter has no access to your product, your course or your delivery, and doesn't decide refunds.
What to sort out with the store
- Questions about the product or the content.
- Access to a course, member area or files.
- Delivery time and tracking.
- Refund, exchange or cancellation of a purchase.
- Invoice.
- Changing your account e-mail.
- Any subscription change the customer area doesn't allow.
Where to find the store's contact
- On the purchase confirmation page: the sentence "Questions? Contact" and the store's support e-mail, below the order number.
- In the store's e-mails: in the footer, with the support e-mail. You can also reply to the e-mail itself. The store's logo or name at the top leads to its website, when the store provided one.
- In the customer area: in the footer, "Need help? Write to" and the store's e-mail.
- On the sales page where you found the product.
When you write, include the e-mail used for the purchase and the order number, which is on the confirmation page and in the confirmation e-mail.
If you can't find the contact
Not every store fills in the support e-mail. Look for the contact on the sales page, on the store's social media or in the confirmation e-mail.
A charge you don't recognize
If a charge you don't recognize showed up on your card, first look in your e-mail for a purchase confirmation with the same amount and contact the store. If you don't find one, talk to the bank that issued the card.
