Payment methods and installments

- The checkout offers the buyer credit card and PIX (Brazil's instant payment). Debit card gets a payment flow, but the checkout doesn't show that option yet.
- No provider you can connect today issues a boleto (Brazilian bank payment slip) through Vipter.
- Installments only apply to credit cards in Brazilian reais and depend on the store's rule. The PaymentsInstallments screen lists the providers that currently accept installments. See installments.
- PIX only appears on one-time sales in Brazilian reais. See accept PIX.

Subscriptions and one-click upsells charge the saved card without the buyer typing the details again. Mercado Pago doesn't do this kind of charge through Vipter. If you sell subscriptions and use Mercado Pago, send the subscriptions' card charges to another provider in the payment flows. In the upsell, a buyer who paid with PIX gets a new PIX with any provider that supports PIX.
Account countries
The country is where the provider account was opened. You choose it in Account country when creating the connection, and it doesn't change later.

The checkout only shows prices in the currencies that some active connection in the store can receive. A price in a currency with no connection doesn't show. If none of the offer's prices can be received, the link becomes unavailable. See decline reasons.

Each provider's list in the dashboard comes from the payment platform and may have extra brands. When the provider doesn't say, the dashboard shows The provider did not report its brands.
Credentials and webhook
Every connection has the Test connection switch, to use the provider's test keys.

The providers screen also lists Adyen, Airwallex, Appmax, EBANX, Worldpay, Checkout.com and dLocal with the Coming soon badge. They can't be connected yet.
