What changed in Vipter in September, newest first within each area. Each item links to the full tutorial.
Sales
- Sellers and commissions (Sep 26). Each seller on the team gets a code and payment links that credit the sale to them, such as
pay.vipter.com/curso?v=ana. The commission can be a percentage or a fixed amount per order, is calculated at the moment of the sale and goes down when the order is refunded. See Sellers and commission rules and Commissions and seller links. - New sale on the saved card (Sep 26). Sell a catalog offer on the card the customer already saved, with installments, right from the dashboard. The customer list shows who has a saved card and filters by it. See New sale on the saved card and Customers.
- Manual order status (Sep 26). Mark as paid, canceled or refunded an order settled outside the checkout. The reason and who changed it stay in the order history. See Change the status manually.
- Faster home dashboard (Sep 27). The dashboard figures load much faster, especially in stores that sell in several currencies. See Understand the home dashboard.
Checkout and offers
- Errors on the field itself (Sep 26 and 28). A CPF with a wrong check digit or an invalid phone number is flagged on the field, with an explanation, instead of a generic message at the end of the checkout. See How buyers see the checkout.
- Installment in the summary (Sep 26). With installments, the order summary shows the amount of each installment, and the checkout only offers the installments the provider accepts. See Installments and interest.
- Customer portal on your domain (Sep 25). The portal now opens on the same custom subdomain as the checkout. See Use your own domain for checkout.
- One-click upsell and downsell (Sep 18). Show offers right after the payment. Buyers who paid by card buy with one click, on the same card; buyers who paid with PIX get a new code. See One-click upsell and downsell.
- Order bump and packs (Sep 14 and 17). A box on the checkout offers another product in the same charge, and each discounted pack of units has its own link (
?pack=). The order bump can also sell a pack. See Order bump and Packs. - Coupons by link (Sep 14). Share a coupon with
?code=on the payment link, and the discount arrives already applied. It works on one-time offers. See Coupons. - Digital delivery (Sep 15). Add the file links of a product, with a download limit and expiry. Buyers download them on the thank-you page and in the customer portal. See Digital delivery.
- Physical products (Sep 12). Product types, shipping zones and methods, the places where the store sells, and tax data per product for the invoice. See Product types and Shipping.
Payments
- Asaas (Sep 24). Get paid in reais by credit card and PIX through your Asaas account, with subscriptions, order bump and one-click upsell. See Connect Asaas.
Integrations
- Voxuy Enterprise (Sep 21). A separate integration, next to Voxuy, that runs a flow on each PIX generated, sale, decline, subscription and abandoned checkout. See Connect Voxuy Enterprise.
- E-mails through your own account (Sep 15). The store's e-mails go out through your SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, Resend or SMTP. Follow the delivery of each e-mail and unblock addresses that bounced. See Transactional e-mail and E-mail activity.
- Conversion tracking (Sep 12 and 13). Meta, Google, TikTok and other platform accounts, sending from the browser and from the server, and a choice of which products each account fires on. See How conversion tracking works.
Team and account
- Billing per approved order (Sep 24). The plan now belongs to the account, not to each store, with a quota of approved orders that adds up all your stores. What goes over the quota is billed in blocks of 50. See Plans and limits and Order quota and overage.
- Sales role (Sep 21). The role for the people who serve customers handles orders, customers and subscriptions, and does not see the store's payments, integrations and settings. See Roles and permissions.
Help Center
- docs.vipter.com (Sep 28). This help center, with step-by-step tutorials in Portuguese, English and Spanish, numbered screenshots and a Markdown version of every page.
